3M Structural Adhesives

The Scotch-Weld EPX system is one of the simplest methods currently available for applying two component structural adhesives.

A range of products are available to bond many substrates including bare and painted metals, plastics, composites and wood.

Our cyanoacrylate product range allows exceptionally fast bonding to a range of materials. Products are available to bond metals, plastics and rubbers. A non-sag version allows bonding to vertical surfaces and has gap tilling properties.

To speed up the curing process, a surface activator is also available.

We offer both water based and solvent based contact adhesives for bonding most substrates, offering you the widest range of options.

With the ever increasing range of water based adhesives, a higher solids content means that they are generally less expensive to use than solvent based products in total applied cost.

Typical applications include bonding flooring, insulation materials, laminates and decorative trims, fabrics and a whole range of other substrates. Application options include spraying, brushing or application scraper, depending on the product.
